So often we’re focused exclusively on what we’re eating and we can’t understand why we find it so challenging to stay on track, when the real answers we’re looking for lie, not in WHAT we’re eating, but in WHY and HOW we’re eating.

This is where mindful eating comes in. It’s one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal because these practices can help you better understand, and transform, why and how you eat, so that making healthy choices each day starts to feel natural and easy.

In this program you’re going to learn a bit about what mindfulness and mindful eating are all about, and some of the benefits of eating more mindfully. I’m going to give you six very specific mindful eating exercises that you can start incorporating into your life right away. You’re also going to learn how to use your new mindful eating skills to end emotional eating, stop sabotaging yourself when you make progress, and even navigate those tricky social or travel situations (bring on the vacation buffet!).

The program also includes a series of video modules in which I’m going to walk you through each part of the program in detail, as well as a workbook that will help you go deeper with each of the mindful eating exercises so that they quickly become new, healthy habits.
